China will be able to collect a sample through a lunar probe without crew by 2017, Ye Peijian, project manager for “Chang’E” Chinese Lunar Project, said.

The first Chinese lunar mission was in 2007. At that time Chang’e One, the Chinese lunar probe, transmitted images from the moon. The second launch was on the 1st March 2009 and the first step of the mission was concluded with the lunar impact.

In 2010 Chang’e Two will be launched for a research program at 100 kilometers from the moon to prepare the

ground for the Chang’E Three moon landing. For the third step of the mission, a spaceship should come back with lunar samples by 2017.

Chinese Lunar project is very similar to Indian Lunar project. However, though India is backward compared to China, a great challenge is going to happen between the two Asian countries. 40 years ago a similar experience involved USA and URSS.

Wine export is still in its infancy. However, a smart commercial strategy might be useful to make it the business of the future.

Only the 8% of wine in China comes from Italy all the rest is French or Chinese wine. It is twenty years now that French liqueurs are well know in China. Wines coming from France are more famous thanks to their prestige and the 100 millions of Chinese wine-drinkers prefer French wine for the prestige it conveys.

However, Italian wine is not easy to find and it is linked to the luxury and high quality of Made in Italy products. This might be an advantage to export Italian wine in China as an elite and luxury product.

For a successful export of wine to China a company should have a qualified enologist to travel to China and promote the product. There is still a lot to do to market Italian wine in China.
